Lesa Towart

In her role as Sales Assistant, Lesa works closely with all sales agents, providing daily assistance, practical advice and a calm, professional presence that helps the team perform at its best. Her thorough understanding of the real estate process from beginning to end allows her to confidently guide clients through each stage, ensuring they feel informed, supported and at ease throughout their journey.

Known for her attention to detail and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, Lesa is passionate about real estate and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for every client.

Outside of work, Lesa enjoys staying active with regular group fitness classes, along with sewing, crafting, and gardening. A Dubbo local who grew up and completed her schooling in the area, she has strong community ties and has volunteered in a variety of committee roles over the years while her children attended Yarrandale Playgroup, Dubbo West Preschool, Macquarie Anglican Grammar School, and Dubbo Athletics Club. Lesa is also a regular donor at the Lifeblood Dubbo Donor Centre, with more than 125 blood and plasma donations.
