The now Elders Real Estate Business, began as a family-run two-roomed office with a staff of 3 in 1973. In 1994 after a couple of premises changes, the business settled into the current location at 36 Wingewarra Street. In 1997 the business was further expanded with the acquisition of Lumby & Davis Real Estate.
In November 2004, Elders acquired the business after more than 30 years of ownership by the McKeowen family. Since this successful acquisition the current business has also acquired the Brown & Andrews Real Estate business in 2008 which brought with it two experienced sales staff & one property manager who is still with us today. This expanded the Elders total Property Management portfolio which now stands in-excess of 750 property, including Commercial managements.
The Elders Real Estate business is now widely known throughout Dubbo & surrounding region & has gained a reputation for ethical & experienced real estate practitioners.
