About Blanche
Blanche brings a wealth of experience and passion to Elders Real Estate Dubbo, having first joined the company in 2005. Starting her career with the NSW Real Estate Management Team, she worked extensively across rural and residential marketing and training before moving into residential sales in 2009. Over the next 11 years, Blanche built a strong reputation for achieving exceptional results in residential and lifestyle property sales, earning multiple state awards and the trust of her clients through outstanding service and dedication.
A Class 1 Real Estate and Stock & Station Agent, as well as an Accredited Auctioneer, Blanche’s credentials reflect her depth of knowledge and expertise.
After a short break to welcome her daughter in 2020, Blanche returned to the Elders Dubbo team as Sales and Business Development Manager. She is driven by a genuine commitment to supporting the success of the sales team, embracing innovation, and ensuring that clients remain at the heart of every decision.
