Keswick Land Release – Stage 5
Dubbo Regional Council called for tenders and Elders Real Estate Dubbo, together with our state office marketing team support put together a successful tender submission. Once appointed Elders then handled and coordinated the Keswick website – which we handled from creating to maintaining, all enquiries and submissions, processing of holding fees and deposit payments and then sales advise and settlement reconciliations and payouts.
This was the most successful sale of council land in 40 years and Dubbo Regional Council credit the Elders Real Estate team for the success.
Eastend Studio Apartments
Is a project brought to Elders Real Estate from a private landlord, who already had an existing relationship with residential and commercial properties with Elders Real Estate. Elders Real Estate was entrusted by the landlord from the time of purchase for their professional advice and now the ongoing management of 52 serviced apartments. Elders Real Estate Dubbo built the business side of the business from the ground up, from writing and implementing all procedures, writing all content for marketing including the website design and maintenance. Elders held an initial 2-year contract which was then successfully negotiated for a further two years. Elders Real Estate have just confirmed the ongoing management for a further four years through to 2027. Elders Real Estate now manage all ongoing creditors, stock, invoices and payments, marketing, bookings and the complex, including website social media accounts.
