Chantell Laneyrie

In 2005 when Chantell originally joined the Elders Real Estate team she initially started as the receptionist and quickly progressed to be a Property Investment Manager. Chantell has gone on to hold most positions in our office at one point over her time in the office and in 2020 was promoted to Branch Manager.

Chantell is currently the Branch Manager whilst still holding her position of Senior Property Investment Manager and maintaining her property management portfolio.

She is the Licensee In Charge and a Class 1 Agent – Real Estate Agent and Stock and Station Agent, as well as an Accredited Auctioneer.

As an experienced manager, she understands the importance of building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally to the business especially with both Landlords and Tenants, as this provides continuous excellent customer service.
Chantell particularly prides herself on maintaining a high level of professionalism whilst managing all aspects of not only the business but her property portfolio.

She is proud to lead the team of 15 staff here at Elders Real Estate Dubbo.
